52 on Fridays (15/52) Humor

No one can make me laugh the way my son can, and in a time when we could use some laughs in the house, his absence is truly felt. Morgan is not funny is that "hey look at me", loud way. He isn't a Jim Carey. He's one of those guys that sneaks up on you, says something clever, and then waits (a second? a minute? a day?) for his subtle joke to sink in. He loves a good pun, online comics, and British television. And best of all, he even brings a little fun to food. His only goal at our last state fair was to stare down and eat a Krispy Kreme burger. Mission accomplished:

Yes, he tried it, and we tried it, too. Would you believe it was actually delicious? If you ever get the chance, you should try one! Make sure you get pickles. They really make the whole thing work.

Next is Lisa with Life River Studios. Every mom out there will appreciate her take on making the most of daily chores!

Ohh, that looks so good! I am gluten free, not by choice, and a Krispy Kreme looks so yummy!! Love his humorous expression and I can tell from this photo that he has a fun character!

It is missing out on things like this that make me shake my fist at being a vegetarian! I'd so try this. Don't know about those pickles on it though. hummm. Love his expression. I bet your family is so much fun to be around!

I love a subtle sense of humor, probably b/c that's how my father is. :) And that burger looks like something I would definitely skip - although I'd be happy to eat the bun! Love me some Krispy Kreme! My friends & I used to drive 45 minutes to get a dozen each & eat them before driving back home. So good!
